How to Join the Tennessee Vals
or just visit a meeting.

• By phone:
• Call us at 615-664-6883 and leave a message
• Someone will call you back as fast as we can to tell you how to join.
• By Email:
• Send an email to our Membership Director at  Membership@tvals.org
• We will get back with you about joining.
• By U.S. Mail:
• Click on the link to open up the Membership Form.
  
• Then print it out, fill it out, and mail it off to us, with the appropriate funds included (naturally checks are definitely the way to go.)

• By PayPal:
• For your convienience you may now pay your membership fee through Paypal.
  
• Once you have completed your payment, print a copy of the Membership Form, fill it out, and bring it along with a copy of your Paypal Payment Receipt to your first meeting.
  
• If you would like, you may also mail your completed Membership Form along with a copy of your Paypal Payment Receipt to the above address.
• If you don't mail the form, make sure you bring it with you to your first meeting so you don't have to take the time to full it out at the meeting.

Dress any way you feel comfortable. Relax and have fun. It will be OK.
